The Indian Lake Fireworks Fund Ride starts and ends at the west side of Old Field Beach (Indian Lake State Park). The ride starts at 8 am with the last bike out at 10 am. 15, 30, 60 mile route available with SAG support by Bob's Bike Shop. Ride includes lunch and t-shirt. Pre-registration is $25.

Held on the first Saturday in July. The day starts at Old Field Beach with the Beach Spectacular. Thousands of tourists travel to Indian Lake for the magnificent fireworks which glow over the lake. At Old Field Beach, watch the Indian Lake Pageants (Baby Beach/Toddler Contest, Little Miss, Jr. Miss, Miss Indian Lake, and Mr. Indian Lake Contests) Indian Lake's Got Talent, and Car Show. For more information about the pageants or to contribute to the firework's fund, contact the Chamber office at 937-843-5392.

Putt Around the Lake (14 Jul 2012)

The Putt Around the Lake is the big golf outing of the year for the Chamber. The event moved to July in 2012. By boat or by car, putt around to 18 establishments around the Indian Lake with a team of four. Choose 9 out of 18 of your team member's best scores to win. Entry fee is $60 per team of four. The outing begins at 10:00 a.m. and must be finished by 7:00 p.m.

Low Team Score Wins
1st place - $300
2nd place - $200
3rd place - $100

The winners of the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place teams will each receive one night lodging, dinner, lunch and golf package at the Grand Victoria Casino & Resort (soon to be the Rising Star Casino).

This annual event is held in Russells Point, Ohio. The community is grateful to the many owners of vintage cars and boats who bring their treasures to share with others each year. For many people the beautiful old boats remind them of the time when the Russells Point harbor was lined with wooden boats to take visitors on an exciting "speed boat" ride around Indian Lake.

The party in 2012 is back in August with the fabulous Danger Brothers 1 - 3 pm. The Menus will take the stage from 5-8:30 pm. Tickets are $10.00 (presale) and $15.00 at the gate. Old Field Beach is closed to the public all day. Online registration will open in March 2012.

Tickets also available at The Landing, Lucky's Pizza, La Pizzeria, North Lakeview Market and the Indian Lake Chamber.

ID is required to enter the park.
No coolers allowed.
Gates open at 11 am
Absolutely no consumption of alcohol for anyone under 21.

Indian Lake's Ring of Fire (02 Sep 2012)

Held every year on the Sunday of Labor Day Weekend. Hundreds of flares are planted around the lake as Indian Lake becomes one big red glow. The Ring of Fire ceremony is a traditional activity celebrating a bountiful harvest and marks the end of the summer season. Flares are lighted around the perimeter of the lake at precisely 9:00 PM. If you own waterfront property you are invited to share in this ceremony. Flares can be purchased at many business locations around the lake. Volunteers will light the State Park grounds.
